We want you to love every purchase you make with us. Our suggestion is, if you need to take the time to measure at home or simply noodle for an evening, take it! Chances are we can hold that piece for you until the next day. 50% down and 50% within 30 days. (If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days, the original 50% is nonrefundable.)
· Full price furniture is returnable for a full store credit OR a 20% restocking fee, and the remainder returned via original form of payment, for up to 10 days after purchase or delivery.
· All discounted and custom-upholstered furniture are final sale.
· Accessories are returnable for up to 14 days after purchase in their original packaging and condition.
· Customers receiving shipped items are responsible for shipping fees incurred for returning any item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Wooden furniture purchased will be restored within six weeks.
· Upholstered furniture purchased will be completed within 8-10 weeks.
· Note: Every vintage piece is thoughtfully selected and restored according to its needs. They are between 50-70 years old and will show small signs of age. We will work to transparently communicate any wear via photo and description. If any additional photos or information are needed, please feel free to contact us.
· Local deliveries within a 30-mile radius of the shop are made on Tuesdays or Wednesdays between the hours of 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., with delivery fee paid upon receipt of items.
· For lounge chairs, small case goods under 60”, book shelves under 60”, dining chairs, and coffee tables, the delivery fee is $80.
· For case goods over 60”, dining tables, bookshelves over 60”, and sofas, the delivery fee is $100.
· Deliveries made after 3 p.m. have an additional fee of $50.
· Deliveries of more than one piece to the same address are $20 per additional item.
· Deliveries outside of a 30-mile radius of the shop are priced out on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping of furniture is done through a third-party delivery service. All quotes given are curbside delivery. If assistance is needed to carry in and set up the piece, please let us know before point of sale and additional fees will be applied. Shipment of furniture will be made 6-8 weeks after restoration on each piece is completed.
